October 2021 TBA   The NC Aquarium hosts a bewitching event of family-oriented Halloween fun Wednesday and Thursday with an aquatic twist. Children trick-or-treat at booths set up among the galleries and exhibits. The display of carved pumpkins are stunning, visitors of all ages enjoy "spooky" fun and games, and the Halloween hi-jinks are a crowd pleaser. This is an evening event and the Aquarium closes at 1:00 PM for regular admission both days. Tickets for this event are sold from 4:30 to 7:30 PM. The cost of the tickets is $11 per person, $9.00 for members, and ages 2 and under are admitted free.
