For patients who have been released from Carteret Health Care within the previous thirty days, the hospital offers a Smoking Cessation program.  A patient will be assisted by a registered nurse and cessation assistance prescription appropriate to the patient. A small fee is required to enter the program, but the fee is refunded when the patient succeeds in the program.
