April 21 - 25, 2021 Held annually in April, the Beaufort Wine and Food Weekend is a five-day event showcasing winemakers, wine distributors, and winery owners from all over the world. Local and celebrity chefs are paired with the winemakers at luncheons and dinners, seminars, art openings and other special events. The proceeds benefit local charities. There is an ever-growing list of events for both wine lovers and food lovers (or in most cases, both). The weekend also includes one of the largest tented wine events known as "Vin De Mer." Held on Saturday afternoon it is the highlight of the weekend with over 300 different wines being poured, food from local and regional restaurants as well as cooking demonstrations by the visiting celebrity chefs. Tickets sell out quickly and are available at the Beaufort Historic Site Visitor Center, 130 Turner Street, and online.
