October 23 - 24, 2021  This is a fun event for kite fliers and spectators alike. On this weekend, the sky fills with kite demonstrations and night kite flying. Most of the action takes place during the hours of 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM, with the Night Fly taking place at 6 PM on Saturday. Come as early as you can with camera in hand as there's a lot to see. As long as the wind cooperates, you'll see everything from colorful kites to team flying to mass ascensions of every size and shape kite imaginable. Admission is free and no vendors will be on site - just the wind, sand, and colorful kites. The event is sponsored by Kites Unlimited and Atlantic Station Shopping Center.
