The Atlantic Beach Town Park, opened in June 2017, is seven acres of fun for all the kids. Across from Bojangles and the Atlantic Station Shopping Center, the park is close enough to smell the salt air. The park includes a full 18-course miniature golf course, a splash pad, a skate park, a large playset and swing set, a merry-go-round, a basketball goal, and much more. The mini golf course includes a concession stand and both are open from April to September at varying hours, visit the Town website for details The skatepark is also open to BMX riders during posted hours. Skaters and bikers under ten-years-old must be accompanied by an adult. The park is open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with these hours designated for BMX riders - Monday 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Wednesday 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Friday 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. No pets, alcohol, tobacco, drugs, profanity, loud music, or unruly behavior permitted.
