This large fitness center offers a holistic approach to fitness with an Olympic-sized outdoor pool, an indoor pool, stair climbers, treadmills, spinning cycles, basketball/volleyball courts, and a tanning salon. The center has a knowledgeable staff ready to assist members and guests. It offers a fully equipped weight room, Nautilus and fitness equipment, racquetball courts, and an indoor walking/running track. Many group classes are offered, including Pilates, yoga, water aerobics, cycling and sport conditioning. Personal trainers are also available. The center also offers a snack bar and child-care services. Annual and monthly memberships are available as well as temporary and guest options. The center is open Monday through Thursday from 5 AM to 10 PM, Friday from 5 AM to 9 PM, Saturday from 8 AM to 6 PM and Sunday from 1 to 6 PM.
